Are you based in the Midlands or Shropshire? The Soundswell team come from all corners of the West Midlands and surrounding areas including Worcestershire, Wolverhampton and Shropshire. 

We offer ultimiate flexibility with some team members working as little as 10 days a year for us, and some doing several days per week.

There is plenty of support if you want to dip your toe in with no minimum number of days. 

Working for yourself as a speech and language therapist is exciting and rewarding and to be an independent SaLT you certainly don’t need to operate alone and in isolation.

Working with Soundswell speech and language therapy means that you have all the freedoms of working for yourself but none of the worry of sourcing the work. 

You are part of a supportive team with a wide range of skills and special interests.

Perhaps you feel that opportunities for practising your therapy skills are too few and far between.  Delivering therapy is a huge part of the work we do in nurseries, schools and colleges across the West Midlands and Shropshire. 

We offer (paid) taster days i so that you can experience first-hand what it’s like to work in a school, not only carrying out assessments but planning targets and talking to members of the Soundswell team and school staff.
