The audit reports have been shared with staff, just wanted to feedback that the leadership team at
Kings were really pleased with the level of detail in the reports. This was shared with the regional Ark
EYFS lead who came into visit our setting this week. The audits have really helped to have a clear
focus and starting point to drive further improvements in the early years.

As an Academy, we have benefitted from the support received from Soundswell in helping us meet the needs of students. The Speech and language therapist working in school has built positive working relationships with students and staff.  This includes 1:1 work with students and delivering training and advice for staff so that they can confidently and competently continue to support students. Soundswell have also provided valuable information and professional advice as required.

Jo and Diana came to my rescue in September 2020 when I was looking for supervision, particularly in relation to expanding my schools based work. They were both warm, friendly, supportive, and so knowledgeable, and the supervision session itself was very enjoyable and extremely productive – not always how supervision sessions go and so this in itself was very refreshing! Since my supervision with Jo and Diana, my schools based work has really grown on the back of many ideas they shared with me during the session, and we are now contracted to 13 schools (with others in the pipeline!). A big thank you to Jo and Diana who are not only wonderful SLT’s but also wonderful people who it was a joy to connect with!
