Nicki Holmes has been with the Soundswell team since the very early days. She is an experienced, creative clinician with her role encompassing a significant training component. Nicki has excellent people skills and we are delighted to welcome her into a new role as an Associate Director of Soundswell, alongside Denise.
Nicki’s clinical input will continue, with the expansion of her skills to help support others as required. She will also now take part in the regular review visits that directors Jo, Diana and Denise already make to our schools and settings during the course of the academic year.
Soundswell continues to grow and has developed a reputation for high standards of quality and customer service. We are very proud of our team and their commitment to providing the best speech and language therapy solutions we can.

From her previous life as a head of children’s speech and language therapy in the NHS, Nicki has a wealth of experience delivering services into educational settings. These are eminently transferable skills.
The personal touch helps the service to run smoothly and for customers to get the best value from their investment. It also involves plenty of ‘behind the scenes’ activity, and Nicki will be a real asset in supporting us to keep doing this well.
