About Emma 

Emma lives in Worcester and works with primary aged children in mainstream schools across Birmingham and Shropshire.

Interests & Specialisms

Emma qualified in 2002 and worked within the NHS for 12 years with clients across the 0-16 age group in mainstream and specialist settings.  

Emma took time out to raise her young family, and during this time qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher and children’s life coach.  

Since returning to speech and language therapy, Emma has developed her passion for coaching and training others within the Concept Cat EEF Research Project (2023-2025) and enjoys delivering training in local schools.  

Emma has a special interest in Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and uses her breadth of skills within communication and wellbeing to infuse her work with compassion and child-focused solutions.
