Denise has successfully completed the rigorous training required and has been awarded the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Civil Expert Witness Certificate.

This certification recognises Denise’s qualification to act as an expert witness in legal proceedings.

What does it mean to be an expert witness?

Suitably qualified and certified individuals can be called upon to present a professional opinion  on matters within their specialist field.   For Denise this encompasses complex and varied neuro-developmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, brain injury, and dysphagia.

The presentations were held at the historic grade II listed Church House in Westminster (this fabulous building was used by both houses of Parliament during the war).
