We are delighted to welcome Denise (already a long-standing team member) into a new role as an associate director. 

Denise will be continuing to provide expertise in our specialist settings and with training but will also become involved in supporting other team members where needed and taking part in the regular review visits directors  Jo and Diana already make to our schools and settings during the course of the academic year.

Soundswell has grown over the years and has developed a reputation for high standards of quality and customer service. 

We are very proud of our team and their commitment to providing the best that we can. 

We have learnt from past experience that keeping in regular contact with our settings to enaure the servcie is delivering high quality, measurable  outcomes is something schools positively welcome (and frequently say they wish they could have more of!). 

The personal touch helps the service to run smoothly and for customers to get the best value for their investment.

It also involves plenty of ‘behind the scenes’ activity. 

To continue to do this well,  we will now have the additional help that Denise’s role will bring.
